Three or four meetings, with no obligation and no charge, are usually required before a project can commence. We understand the need for both parties to have a clear understanding of works to be undertaken, inclusions & costs & to begin a trustworthy working relationship before a project moves forward.
Our process usually involves the following:
- Business owner Ed Gleeson will meet at your apartment / townhouse / warehouse to discuss your ideal wish list, budget and take initial site measurements. We email an initial estimate generally within 7 days.
- Discuss possibly revising the quote and inclusions by adding and / or removing items to better suit your budget and requirements if required. Measure for cabinets. Organise to together visit retailers to select plumbing fittings, tiles, appliances, floor finishes, bench tops, lighting & door furniture. We then send you the revised quote specifying a revised list of works and actual fittings and finishes chosen by you and / or us.
- Final meeting to confirm costs, scope of works and full list of inclusions.
Should you feel comfortable working with us and the project costs, design and inclusions are acceptable, we agree on a commencement date. The simple, secure HIA / Master Builders contract is completed, explained, signed and deposit paid.
